1. Information we handle

Account details such as email address, display name, sign-in method, and verification status.

Learning details such as selected SSW category and field, answers, mistakes, progress, vocabulary mastery, and reminder settings.

Device and operational details such as app version, language, region, time zone, push token, and error or security logs.

Subscription product, expiry, and membership status. Apple or Google processes full payment-card information; we do not store it.

Google AdMob may process device identifiers and ad interaction data when free features show advertising.

2. Why we use it

To provide registration, sign-in, synchronization, practice questions, vocabulary study, review, progress, and notifications.

To verify membership, prevent duplicate rewards, secure the service, and resolve problems.

To answer requests, delete accounts, and meet legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We may use Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, Expo, and the Apple and Google app stores. Necessary information may be processed outside your country or region under each provider's policies.

4. Retention and deletion

Account and learning information is retained while your account exists. You can request permanent deletion in the app or by following the account-deletion page, subject to legally required retention.

5. Your choices

Features that do not require sign-in can be used as a guest. You can disable notifications and manage advertising permissions and subscriptions in your device or store settings.
